Sealdah Drop-in Center

The Sealdah Drop-in Centre, located next to Sealdah Station, provides a safe refuge for homeless, abandoned, trafficked, and vulnerable children and youth, many of whom live in precarious conditions around the railway platforms. 

The Centre offers nutritious meals, hygiene facilities, and a space for rest and recreation. In addition to basic care, it provides educational support, health services, de-addiction counselling, and rehabilitation, helping children overcome trauma and reintegrate into society. 

Through these interventions, the Centre aims to break the cycle of exploitation and empower children to pursue healthier, safer lives.
